Challenge 9 – True heroes
One of the most important parts of blogging is continuing conversations. This means readers have to read many blogs and leave lots of comments. If you read a great post and decide to write a similar post on your blog, then it is manners to include a link to that original post where you got your idea from.
So this week’s challenge involves visiting the ‘Bringing us Together’ blog and reading the post about heroes, taking part in the survey and leaving a comment. Some of you might want to write your own post(with a link back to the original) about someone you consider to be a true hero or heroine. Be careful to spell heroine correctly on your post.
War often brings heroes and heroines to our notice and while I have been ill over the last few weeks, I have been watching a lot of TV on the History channel. A person I consider a heroine is Vivian Bullwinkel and a hero is Sir Weary Dunlop.
Thanks to Miss Ale and her grade six class in Argentina for the idea for this post.

Hi Miss W!
I didn’t know you have been ill, but I suspected something, as I couldn’t find you on Twitter for a while. I hope you are feeling strong and healthy again and back to school, of course.
Finally, I’ve been operated to my left knee, and I’ll start physiotherapy next Monday. I’m away from school, but I keep in touch, collaborating by mail with the new teacher, who is a wonderful colleague and with my students, sending them tips to the National exams that will take place in the end of May. My small group of bloggers don’t feel able to go on without me, so I decided to blog about the weekly challenges myself.
I have very little time to concentrate, as I’m spending all the time I can with my Mother, as you know, but I’ll do my best.
Thank you for your inspiring challenges!
Ines

My hero is my mom. She’s a “at home mom” so she stays home while were at school. She’s the best. Yeah, I might get annoyed with her when she doesn’t let me do the things that I want to do, but I can see where sh’es coming from.
My mom does alot to help keep my family together and does alot to help out :]
That is why my mom is one of my main hero’s:]

My hero is my uncle. He died about three years ago right before Christmas.
He was really an inspiration, because he always faught for what he wanted.
He was even in the Vietnam War,and survived.
My uncle just cared about his family.
I do miss him,and hes the true deffintion of a hero.
I just wish he was still here today.:(

Hey, It’s true that you need to have a “hero” or a person you look up to, to prett much learn everything you do. This is a fact because if you never looked up to anyone, what ould you learn from? So you should choose your “hero” wisley.
Peace Vo
