Conducting a poll or surveying your readers

I noticed that many of you are now starting to conduct polls or surveys in your blogs.  I read CC’s post and a comment from one of his readers who mentions how to embed a survey form in a blog and get google to do all the work of tallying etc.

So here is one I created and I hope you all submit your answers to the survey about good comments.

    Hi Lisa,
Yes I should be at school tomorrow. I just looked up the conditions for using Google and found you had to be of a legal age, but there must be some other good poll or survey programs out there in the internet. Perhaps you could ask about it in a blog post.

All done, Miss W. I love Google forms. We’re using one for a survey on Year 8 programs in a staff meeting tomorrow: will be the first time staff have seen it – I hope they like!

Thanks Tasteach, I didn’t know a survey could be embeded in a blog! I have learned something else. I must go and play with google docs a bit more :)

Found you. Hi, this is Mr. Moshé from Plantation, FL (but soon to be Charlotte, NC). I wonder if I could echo this idea on my site with my students. Let me know.
