Create your own avatar

As you are not allowed to use a picture of yourself on our blogs, perhaps you would like to create a picture to represent you.  I was reading another teacher’s blog and found out about this site.  Have a go!!  I have made one and hope to work out how to include it in my blogs from now on. Save it as a jpeg or gif file in your own folder on the server under My Pictures.  Call it your name with ava after it.  I might then be able to create a post about our class with the avatars instead of photos.  eg lisaava, chocava, dottiava or pinaava.  Whenever a post written by you is included on our class blog, then I will add your avatar so people know what you think represents you.

Grey hair with cup of hot chocolate or iced chocolate in my hand and having been to Samoa recently so the flower in my hair. Of course, final touch, thongs on my feet.

    Hi,
I have really enjoyed making avatars, but one thing I think would be good to have on there is hair that has foils or tips so you can choose two different colours in your hair! But appart from that it’s been fun and I really like the avatar program we used.

    Hi
I loved the idea of having the chance to make our very own avatars.
However I had found it difficult to find a avatar i was happy with until i made a ninja kind of guy. I like the website I made my avatar on. I also made avatars for all my family they also loved the idea.

    Hi Miss W,
I made an avatar a while ago, and it was really fun choosing different clothes and hair styles.

My avatar looks a bit like me, I have a white dress on, with a little bow. Making an avatar was heaps of fun.
